My first visit to Major Sprout to try out their famous and Insta-worthy buttermilk pancakes ;)

When fancy brunch hits a whole new level. 💕

Nothing sets off my Saturday morning quite like their buttermilk pancakes 🥞 w/almond mascarpone, butterscotch, candy floss, 🥓, pancetta & toasted marshmallow 🦄🍭

Returning to Major Sprout to try out the rest of their menu! So happy to be back. 

Bibimbap w/ Pork Belly

Quinoa rice, tofu crumble, hen's egg, sauteed vegetables, chilli jam, KO-VE kimchi $19

Add Pork Belly $5 

Pan fried kingfish 

Zucchini, barley, preserved lemon hummus, upland-cress, pine nuts $25

Green Eggs Benedicts

Poached eggs, potato rosti, sauteed spinach w/ smoked salmon $19.5

Good food is the foundation of genuine happiness 😌💖

Definitely a hidden gem in Auckland! Good vibes, nice ambience and very friendly staffs.

Presentation of food is top notch. The choice and variety of food are excellent. 

 Good food and coffee were so worth the wait. 

So far Major Sprout is one of my favourite brunch spot in Auckland ;) 

Just can't wait to be back again.
